RE-2000ABE digital rotary evaporator is a small rotary evaporator independently developed by our company, including three models: RE-2000A rotary evaporator, RE-2000B rotary evaporator, RE-2000E rotary evaporator. It adopts two lines of large-capacity blue backlit liquid crystal display. The interface and the control part use a high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip. RE-2000A miniature digital rotary evaporator: DLSB-5/10 low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and SHZ-D (Ⅲ) circulating water vacuum pump.

RE2000A RE2000B RE2000E rotary operation method:


1. Prepare:


After assembling the machine, connect the cryopump and vacuum pump according to the connection diagram of the supporting equipment;

Turn on the cryopump;

·Turn on the vacuum pump, start vacuuming, and pay attention to the reading of the vacuum gauge. When the vacuum gauge maintains the maximum vacuum for a period of time, it indicates that the equipment is well sealed and can start feeding.


2. Feeding method:


First pump the digital rotary evaporator into a negative pressure state, connect the feeding valve with the sample to be added with a hose, open the feeding valve, the sample will be directly pumped into the rotary bottle, and close the feeding valve after the feeding is completed .

·It is recommended that each addition should not exceed 1/2 of the volume of the rotary bottle.


3. Adjust the height of the bath so that the rotary bottle is placed in the water bath:


·Adjustment method: electric lifting, after turning on the power, press the button on the rotating machine head to adjust the height of the rotating bottle, press the upper triangle to raise, press the triangle to lower.

·Pour pure water into the bath, submerge 1/2 of the spinner bottle, just don't overflow.

4. Temperature setting:


Method: Turn on the heating switch, press the "SET" key to enter the temperature setting program, a dot is flashing in the lower right corner of the digit being edited, press the "


5. Rotation settings:


Method: Turn on the motor switch, turn the speed control knob to adjust to the required speed, turn it clockwise to increase the speed, and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the speed. RE2000B has speed display, RE2000A has no speed display.

6. Non-stop feeding:


After the rotary evaporator works normally for a period of time, the raw material solution in the rotary bottle may have been evaporated, but there is still a lot of space in the receiving bottle. When you want to evaporate some raw material solution but do not want to start vacuuming again, please repeat Addition method of step 2.


Instrument maintenance:


1. The PTFE switches everywhere should not be tightened too hard, as it is easy to damage the glass.

2. After each use, you must use a soft cloth to wipe off all kinds of oil stains, stains, and solvent residues left on the surface of the machine, and keep it clean.

3. Unscrew each PTFE switch after stopping the machine, and the PTFE piston will be deformed if it is still in the working state for a long time.

4. Clean the sealing ring regularly. The method is: take off the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it off with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease, and reinstall it to keep the shaft and the sealing ring smooth.

5. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to be damp.

6. Before maintenance, please turn off the power switch, and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.

7. When cleaning, please wipe with a soft cloth wrung out of water, and use neutral detergent for dirt that is not easy to remove. Wipe clean with a rag after using detergent.

8. The maintenance of internal electric control components and heating components must be operated by professionals or professional electricians.
