Bottom Discharge Centrifuge

Bottom Discharge Centrifuge

The stainless steel centrifuge equipment is made of 304 316 stainless steel, with a top discharge design, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished, which is strong and durable.

Bottom discharge centrifuges are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, aerospace and other fields to separate high melting point substances. The structure design of the stainless steel centrifuge is reasonable, which effectively eliminates the dead angle of sanitation. The structural parts are smooth and flat, and the surface is polished. External structural parts, fasteners and steel barrels are all made of stainless steel. The shell is clamshell type, which can thoroughly clean the space between the centrifuge shell and the drum chamber.

The structure of the bottom discharge centrifuge:

The bottom discharge centrifuge includes a structural main body. The structural main body is composed of an external box body and an internal centrifugal chamber. The box body is composed of an upper door cover of the shell. The door cover is composed of a double-layered outer door cover and an inner door cover. The centrifuge chamber includes the main body of the stainless steel pot and the motor device connected to it. The motor device is connected to a refrigeration compressor unit. There is a heating layer around the main body of the stainless steel pot, and an insulation layer is set outside the heating layer. A stainless steel partition is set on the upper edge of the main body of the stainless steel pot. Thermal layer; the motor unit is connected to the refrigeration compressor unit through heat pipes. Meet the high temperature design of 300 ℃, and effectively realize the heat insulation protection and the safety protection of the operator through the automatic lifting design of the double door cover under the high temperature of 300 ℃; adopt the circulating cooling air supply to strengthen the high temperature bearing capacity of the motor; effectively enhance the use Long life, simple and reasonable structural design, effective and applicable, to meet the high temperature requirements of applications in different fields.

Features of bottom discharge centrifuge:

1. Adopt frequency conversion control, stable start, adjustable separation.

2. The material particles are not easily broken.

3. The base and the casing are integrally welded, with high bearing strength.

4. The machine wall is a plane structure, which not only lowers the center of gravity of the machine and makes the centrifuge run more smoothly, but also the plane base can be used as an operating platform. The operation is more convenient.

5. Closed structure, the seal is made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber, which can meet the sealing and explosion-proof requirements, and is suitable for toxic, flammable and explosive occasions.

Precautions for operation of bottom discharge centrifuge:

When the centrifuge is working, it runs at high speed. Pay attention to safety when using it. The following points must be done:

(1) The bottom discharge centrifuge should be placed on a stable and firm table when used;

(2) The separation bracket of the bottom discharge centrifuge must be operated after the centrifuge tube is installed, and empty operation is strictly prohibited. When the centrifuge starts, the speed switch or the G value knob should be placed in the low gear, and then gradually adjusted to the required value after starting.

(3) Select a suitable rotor and control the rotational speed of the rotor. In the following cases, the maximum rotational speed of the rotor should be reduced: when the operating time and number of operations of the rotor reach the specified life.

(4) The rotor should be strictly checked for foreign matter and dirt in the hole before each use to maintain balance. The rotor must be kept dry and clean, and must not be bumped or scratched. If you accidentally drop it, you should take an X-ray inspection of the rotor to confirm that there is no internal damage before continuing to use it. After each use, the rotor should be soaked and cleaned in warm water (50°C-60°C) and neutral detergent, and finally rinsed with distilled or deionized water, dried with a soft cloth, dried with a hair dryer, waxed, and stored in a dry place.

(5) The tensile strength and elongation of various centrifuge tubes are different, and should be selected according to needs. Centrifuge tubes can be made of many different materials, such as polyethylene, cellulose, polycarbonate, polypropylene, etc. When using, pay attention to ensure that the sample, solvent and gradient material do not corrode the centrifuge tube and cover assembly.

(6) For low-temperature centrifuged samples, the empty rotor should be pre-cooled at 2000rpm for a certain period of time. During pre-cooling, the temperature should be controlled at about 0°C. The rotor can also be pre-cooled in the refrigerator for several hours. The centrifuge cup can be Store directly in the refrigerator to pre-chill.

(7) If abnormal phenomena are found during the centrifugation process, such as abnormal noise and vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and do not continue to run until the cause is found out.

(8) During the daily use of the centrifuge, the level of the main engine should be calibrated every three months, and the vacuum pump oil should be treated once every 500 million revolutions, and the carbon brush of the drive motor should be checked after 500 hours of work. It is best to use a vacuum cleaner to remove friction. If necessary, replace the carbon brush or polish the commutator with fine sandpaper.

FAQ:

1. How to properly maintain the stainless steel centrifuge?

When using a bottom discharge centrifuge, the weight of the material should not exceed the weight that the stainless steel centrifuge can bear, and the material should be evenly placed in the correct position, so as not to reduce the service life of the stainless steel centrifuge due to overweight. Of course, we also need to refuel the centrifuge regularly, usually once every 6 months. Also check whether the internal equipment of the centrifuge is worn or loose. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time.

2. What should be paid attention to in the use of stainless steel centrifuges?

The bottom discharge centrifuge should be placed on a very solid ground and equipped with dust-proof and moisture-proof equipment to ensure that the centrifuge cavity reaches a certain degree of vacuum and operates normally. Do not store any dangerous items near the stainless steel centrifuge. Select the appropriate rotor and control the rotor speed. The speed setting should not exceed the maximum speed.

3. Can the stainless steel centrifuge run continuously?

Bottom discharge centrifuges should not be run for more than 60 minutes.
