The high-pressure reactor adopts a static seal structure, and the stirrer and the motor drive are connected by a magnetic coupling. Therefore, it is more suitable for stirring reaction of various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media and other strong penetrating chemical media. The structure of high pressure reactor:

The laboratory magnetic stirring reactor is mainly composed of a kettle body, a kettle cover, an electromagnetic stirrer, a heater, a valve, a feed port, an internal cooling coil, a safety sandblasting device, a pressure gauge, a controller and a lifting device.

1. The kettle body and the kettle lid are made of various austenitic stainless steel or other metal materials. The kettle body and the flange are formed by graphic connection or direct welding. The kettle lid is an integral flat or convex lid, and the kettle body and the kettle body form. The seal of the lid is sealed by the gasket or cone of the kettle body and the spherical surface of the lid. Both of them are sealed by tightening the nuts with uniform main bolts in the circumferential direction, and the seal is reliable and leak-free.

2. Electromagnetic stirrer: The external electromagnetic steel is driven to rotate by the motor, and the external electromagnetic steel drives the internal magnet through the magnetic field lines, the stirring shaft and the stirring blade rotate, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring. In order to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic coupling stirrer, the magnetic coupling stirrer is equipped with a large amount of cooling water. Before each start-up, cooling water must be introduced between the cooling water jackets to reduce the temperature so that the magnetic material of the magnetic coupling stirrer is not demagnetized.

3. Heater: The outside of the pot is equipped with a barrel-shaped silicon carbide core, and the heating resistance wire is connected in series, which has the characteristics of uniform heat conduction efficiency and fast heating speed, and the outlet wire is connected to the control equipment through the junction box and the cable. Or heat the heat-conducting oil of the electric heating tube, weld the pot sleeve to the outer flange of the pot body, install the electric heating tube in the electric heating sleeve, and then heat the heat-conducting oil in the pot sleeve through the electric heating tube to achieve the purpose of heating. Or use direct infrared heating or steam heating or water bath circulating heating or oil bath circulating heating.

4. In the upper part, bottom part and side part of the lid, there are air inlet valve, sampling valve, temperature control device, safety injection device, cooling coil, etc. External valves, pressure gauges, etc. are connected through arc lines or directly through ferrules, and sealed by tightening positive and negative nuts or directly through welding pipes. Whether the valve is used for a ball valve or a ball valve, and is matched according to user requirements; the bottom pipe that enters the kettle body discharges the material in the kettle through the pressure in the kettle. The cooling coil is directly connected to the kettle cover, and the water injection nozzle on the kettle cover circulates into the water as the material of the cooling kettle, and the cooling coil is serpentine. Tube or U-shaped tube. The bottom of the kettle body can be increased according to user requirements.

5. Safety blasting device The pressure relief safety device is composed of a rupture disc bracket or a safety valve assembly. When the pressure difference inside the debris reaches a predetermined pressure value at a predetermined temperature, the rupture disk or safety valve can be vented. Release the pressure medium.

6. The solid inlet is threaded or welded directly to the lid of the kettle. Use a wrench to loosen the wire plug and feed it in. Clean the material with soft paper first, and do not tighten the wire plug. Keep the sealing line of the feed inlet clean.

7. The lifting device is composed of a base, a pillar, a lifting iron, a screw, and a lifting hand wheel.
