Structure and working principle of stainless steel jacketed reactor:
The stainless steel reaction kettle is mainly composed of a kettle body, a kettle cover, a flange, a magnetic stirrer, a heater, a valve, a cooling coil, a safety blasting valve, a pressure gauge, a controller and other components.
1. The kettle body and kettle cover are made of 304 stainless steel. The kettle cover is an integral flat cover. The kettle body and the kettle cover are sealed with gaskets.
2. Flange: The flange material is 35CrMo. The kettle body and the flange are connected by threads. There are evenly distributed bolts on the flange. The sealing is achieved by tightening the nut, with high sealing degree and no leakage.
3. Magnetic stirrer: the outer magnetic steel body is driven to rotate by the motor, and the outer magnetic steel body drives the inner magnetic steel body, the stirring shaft and the stirring blade to rotate through the magnetic force lines, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring. In order to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic stirrer, there is a cooling water jacket on the magnetic stirrer, and cooling water must be passed between the cooling water jackets to lower the temperature before each start-up to ensure the magnetic material of the magnetic stirrer is stable;
4. Heater: The reaction kettle is heated by an electric heater, which has the characteristics of uniform heat conduction effect, fast heating speed and long service life.
5. The upper and side parts of the kettle cover are equipped with stirring ports, temperature measuring ports, air inlets, exhaust ports, pressure gauge safety blasting valve ports, etc., external valves, pressure gauges, safety blasting valves, temperature measuring protection pipes, etc. Both use circular arc and circular arc line contact to form a seal, and the seal is achieved by tightening the nut.
6. The inlet and exhaust ports are equipped with needle-shaped valves on the side of the lid, which can be used for ventilation, exhaust and vacuum.
