How to use the vacuum drying oven

The outer shell of the vacuum drying oven is formed by stamping, folding and welding of steel plate. The surface of the outer shell is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating, and the paint film is smooth and firm. The working room is made of carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate by folding and welding, and the insulation cotton is filled between the working room and the shell. Inside the studio, there are shelves for test samples, which are used to place various test items, and heaters are installed around the walls of the outside of the studio. The door seal is sealed with a rubber strip, and the box door is equipped with a sight glass for inspection. The evacuation and inflation of the electric heating vacuum drying box are controlled by solenoid valves. The electrical box is on the left or lower part of the box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches. The electrical box is equipped with electrical components.
How to use vacuum drying oven:
1. Put the items to be dried into the vacuum drying box, close the door, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and then turn on the vacuum pump power to start pumping, so that the vacuum in the box reaches the user's required vacuum, close the vacuum valve , Then turn off the vacuum pump power switch.
2. Turn the power switch of the vacuum dryer to "T", set the desired temperature, the temperature inside the box will start to rise, when the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator will turn on and off, repeat several times, usually 120min The inner shelf level enters a constant temperature state.
3. When the required operating temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be used. For example, the required operating temperature is 60℃, and the first time can be set to 50C. After the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, the second setting is 560. ℃, this can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
4. Choose different drying times according to different moisture levels of different items. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree drops, you need to pump again to restore the vacuum degree. You should first turn on the vacuum pump motor switch, and then turn on the vacuum valve.
5. After the drying is over, turn off the power, turn the vent valve to release the vacuum in the box, and then open the door to take out the items.
