The general turntable structure is three layers, the upper punch is installed in the upper die hole, the middle die is installed in the middle layer, and the lower punch is installed in the lower die hole. The transmission part makes the turntable rotate, and while the turntable rotates, the upper and lower punches move up and down regularly along the fixed track. At the same time, the designer installs the upper and lower pressure wheels at the appropriate positions above the upper punch and under the lower punch. When the upper punch and the lower punch rotate and pass through their respective pressure wheels, they are pushed by the pressure wheels so that the upper punch goes down and the lower punch goes down. Punch upward motion and pressurize. There is a feeder with a fixed position on the middle layer of the turntable, and the material flows into the die hole continuously through the feeder. The pressure adjustment hand wheel is used to adjust the height of the lower pressure wheel. If the position of the lower pressure wheel is high, the lower punch will be lifted higher during compression, and the distance between the upper and lower punches will be close, resulting in greater pressure. The adjusting hand wheel is used to adjust the filling of the material, and also to adjust the volume of the material in the die hole.

Operation steps of pill tablet press machine:

1. When the lower punch of the high-speed tablet press is turned under the feeder, the position of the lower punch tends to be lowered, causing the material particles to flow into the cavity of the middle die; the upper punch rises and then opens the feeder.

2. When the lower punch is transferred to the filling rail, a certain amount of filling is guaranteed.

3. When the lower punch is transferred to the metering rail, the excess material particles are scraped off by the powder scraper to ensure the accuracy of the dosage.

4. When the upper and lower punches are transferred between the upper and lower pressure rollers, the distance between the two punches is the smallest, that is, compressed into pieces.

5. When the lower punch turns to the top and derails, the lower punch lifts the sheet in the middle mold cavity and gradually ejects it until the lower punch is level with the upper edge of the middle mold.

6. The tablets are pushed away by the blocking plate

Some rotary tablet presses are equipped with secondary compression tablet presses, adding a pre-compression, that is, the material is compressed by the upper and lower pre-compression wheels before entering the main compression, which can greatly improve the quality of the tablet; and the secondary compression The high-speed tablet press machine for tablets is used to press double-layer tablets.
