The use characteristics of vacuum controller:

2. Large-screen color LCD screen with high visibility. You can select a normal screen that can display the set pressure and measured pressure at the same time, and a graph screen that can confirm the progress of the control.
3. Equipped with a communication function that can be connected to the rotary evaporator N-1200, and the vacuum controller can be connected to the rotary evaporator to control automatic operation. After the two vacuum controllers are connected through the communication line, one diaphragm vacuum pump can be shared.
4. The automatic deflation function and automatic cleaning function can be set separately, whether to use the automatic cleaning function and the cleaning time can be selected and set. 5. The pressure setting can be changed at any time, and the setting pressure can be adjusted at any time according to the concentration situation during operation.
6. Concentration programs suitable for representative solvents have been stored, and the solvent concentration programs that have been used/commonly used can be saved, and they can be directly recalled when they are used again. 7. Just press the START button to detect the initial boiling point of the solvent, and select a suitable vacuum for automatic operation. The steam temperature sensor can be used for temperature management.
8. Built-in pressure control gradient program function, one gradient program can set 2o gradient stages such as descent, ascent, fixed value control, decompression, and deflation, and can save 2 gradient programs.
Operation mode of vacuum controller:
1. Discharge mode: The user can control the evaporation rate by adjusting the pumping speed. In order to meet the requirements of the evaporator operating conditions or the physical and chemical properties of the solvent.
2. Pressure control mode: Allow the user to set the working pressure according to the nature of a single solvent or a mixed solvent, and maintain the pressure.
3. Function mode: The user can create a personal work song and transfer relevant data to the computer through the USE interface for real-time monitoring.
4. Automatic mode: The vacuum controller can automatically find the boiling point of the solvent without considering the bath or steam temperature.
