1. The glass reactor can control the frequency and temperature of the experiment, and is also equipped with an AC induction motor. The double-glazed reactor operates at constant speed, without brushes and without sparks. Safe and stable, and can achieve long-term operation.
2. The material of the whole glass reactor is mainly GG17 high borosilicate glass, which has good physical and chemical properties.
3. The glass interlayer interface can be filled with hot oil, and after circulation, it can be heated; after the condensate is passed on, it can be used for low temperature reaction.
4. The glass reactor can be reacted at room temperature, and the heat of reaction can be taken away after running tap water.
5. The lower discharge port is equipped with a flange port and a PTFE valve, there is no dead angle in the container, and it can be disassembled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. The double-layer glass reactor is equipped with a four-port reactor cover. The extra-large port is designed for easy cleaning, and the standard port can be used for assembly reflux and distillation.
Methods to improve the working efficiency of double-layer glass reactors:
1. You can add a thermal insulation device to the glass reactor, and use special thermal insulation cotton to wrap the reactor, which can effectively prevent excessive temperature loss and better maintain a constant temperature.
2. Do not fill up the reaction solution at one time, which will affect the heating rate. You can add the solution in stages, and add one-third of the reaction solution for the first time. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, add one-third, and the cycle can be repeated. Effectively speed up the heating rate!
3. At the beginning of heating, the original preset temperature can be exceeded, and a higher temperature can be used to shorten the heating time. When the double-layer glass reactor is close to the preset temperature, the temperature of the bath can be lowered to the actual operating temperature. For example, if 80°C is actually required, the temperature of the bath can be set to 100°C. When the temperature of the double-glazed reaction kettle rises to about 70°C, the temperature of the bath can be set to 80°C, which can increase the heating rate and shorten the time.
