With the characteristics of transparency, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, it is convenient for the operator to observe the reaction changes of the medium in the kettle and the conditions of each being stirred. It is very intuitive, safe, and reliable. The mixing method is mechanical mixing and mechanical seal, with a strong mixing force and no leakage.
1. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor. Constant speed, no sparks, large torque, safe and stable, and can work continuously. (Optional explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof speed governor).
2. The whole set of glass equipment is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass, which has a double-layered sleeve-like structure with a clamp. The thickness of the glass is 5-7mm, and it has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The reactor of 20L or more is equipped with a six-port reactor cover, with a stirring port with a mechanical stirrer, a reflux distillation port with a condenser, a liquid filling port, a constant pressure funnel, a solid feed port, a spare vent (inert gas can be filled), and temperature measurement Equipped with a full set of glass devices such as thermometer sleeves. 4. The fluorine cover and the discharge valve adopt high-efficiency mechanical seals, and the PTFE connection port can maintain a high-precision seal under working conditions to achieve a good vacuum effect.
5. The lower discharge port has a flanged port and a PTFE discharge valve so that there are no dead corners and no residual materials in the container. The full set of discharge valves can be easily disassembled, which is convenient for cleaning the inside of the reactor.
6. Screw type or anchor type PTFE stirring paddle: Driven by an AC motor, the speed of the motor is controlled by inverter step-less speed regulation. The motor drives the stirring shaft and stirring blades to rotate through the universal joint to achieve the purpose of stirring. The internal stainless steel rod, outsourcing the PTFE tube, has the function of strong acid, strong alkali, and strong corrosion. (Can be customized double-layer or three-layer mixing blades for mixing and mixing low to high viscosity liquids).
7. Temperature measurement and control device: insert the temperature measurement mercury thermometer into the temperature measurement sleeve on the lid of the kettle, and use the thermometer to measure the temperature of the medium inside the reaction kettle in real-time.
