The working principle of essential oil extractor:

Plant aroma oil and water constitute an immiscible system of essential oil and water. When heating, as the temperature increases, both essential oil and water will evaporate quickly to produce mixed vapor, which is introduced into the condenser through the gooseneck of the pot. The liquid mixture of water and essential oils can be separated into essential oil products after oil-water separation. In addition, this device uses electric heating mode to generate water vapor, and the firepower can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The main technical indicators of the essential oil extractor:

Instructions for use of essential oil extractor:

1. Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet of the essential oil extractor with hoses respectively, connect the other end of the hose connecting the water inlet with the faucet, and put the hose for the water outlet into the sink. Turn on the faucet to fill the cooling water until there is water from the outlet.

2. Take out the material column, add distilled water or deionized water into the instrument, and just spread it over the float.

3. Cut the materials as much as possible and put them into the material column covered with a layer of gauze. Put the material column into the instrument, and then tighten the instrument cover bolts one by one.

4. Place a suitable glass container receiving bottle (triangle flask or beaker) at the oil and water outlet.

5. Turn on the faucet, pour tap water into the condenser and keep the flow rate low.

6. Turn on the power switch, the power light is on to indicate normal, then adjust the power adjustment knob to the maximum, the instrument enters the heating state.

7. Pay attention to observation. When the oil-water mixture flows out from the oil-water outlet, adjust the power adjustment knob and the cooling water flow rate to control the receiving speed of the oil-water mixture as appropriate. When the oily substance (that is, essential oil) floating on the water in the receiving bottle no longer increases, the faucet can be turned off to stop the water flow.

8. Pay attention to observation. When a small amount of steam is sprayed from the oil-water outlet, turn off the power switch and stop the experiment.

9. Stop the receiving bottle and observe the result.
