20L rotary evaporator features:

Instrument installation and installation steps:
1. Lay the rack flat.
2. Install the machine head into the machine head installation hole with a diameter of 30 in the frame. The axis of the machine head is inclined to the right by about 250 degrees, lock the right hand wheel, and screw the M6 headless screw to the end and then withdraw it one turn.
3. Fix the four-way artist on the left side of the machine head with a large nut.
4. Insert the condenser on the four-way bottle, and adjust the movable joints to make the condenser vertical.
5. Install the hoop, insert the hoop support rod into the slider above the vertical rod, hold the steel belt around the condenser, and tighten the relevant screws.
6. Install the collection bottle at the lower end of the cross bottle and clamp the bottle chuck. Install the tray below to hold it steady.
7. Install the rotating bottle on the right end of the rotating shaft and clamp the bottle chuck.
8. Connect the feeding extension tube to the feeding tube (if it is too tight, it can be scalded with boiling water). Insert into the rotating shaft hole.
9. Fix the electric control box according to the picture, plug in the seven-pin plug of the motor, and then power on and test the rotation.
10. Connect the two ports on the vacuum gauge, one end is connected to the condenser, and the other end is connected to the vacuum pump.
11. Connect the cooling water pipe and place the water bath.
How to use the cheap rotary evaporator:
1. Height adjustment: Manual lifting, turning the handwheel on the top of the machine column, the forward rotation is rising, and the reverse rotation is falling. It can be raised and lowered electrically, click the up button to make the main unit rise, and click the down button to make the main unit drop.
2. There are two external connectors on the condenser, one is connected to the water inlet and the other is connected to the water outlet. It is generally used to connect tap water. The lower the temperature of the condensed water, the better the condensation effect. The condenser is equipped with a vacuum street, which is used to connect Vacuum pump hose for vacuuming.
3. Before starting the machine, first turn the speed control knob to the left to the minimum, then the power switch indicator light will be on, then slowly turn it to the right to the required speed, half of the large evaporating bottle use medium and low speed, and the solution with high viscosity uses a lower speed. The flask is a standard interface, with two types of flasks, 500ml and 1000ml.
20L rotary evaporator notes:
1. Regularly clean the glass rotating shaft, and add new high-temperature grease to the friction part between the glass shaft and the combined sealing ring, which is beneficial to prolong the working life of the sealing ring. The maintenance cycle is once every three months (when you hear the dry friction between the rubber and the glass, it must be maintained). During maintenance, remove the four-way bottle and pull out the combined sealing ring to operate. If the rubber compound ring in the combined sealing ring is worn, it needs to be replaced.
2. If the glass rotating shaft is not clamped, insert the "stop pin" in the accessory into the small hole under the machine head. Just tighten the small nut.
For the convenience of users, the glass rotating shaft, combined sealing ring and tight ring have been installed on the machine head and have been lubricated before leaving the factory.
3. When assembling, all glass parts must be cleaned, all interfaces should be cleaned with alcohol, and vacuum silicone grease should be applied to enhance air tightness.
4. The glass rotating shaft is clamped with a small nut and a tight ring. When assembling and disassembling, a "stop pin" needs to be inserted into the small hole under the machine head to pin the spindle.
