The inside of the vacuum drying box is equipped with a sample shelf, which is used to place various test items, and a heater is installed around the inner wall of the box. It is sealed with silicone rubber strips, and there is an observation window on the door for observation. The evacuation and inflation of the electric heating vacuum drying box are controlled by solenoid valves. The front panel of the box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches, and electrical components are installed in the box.

How does a vacuum drying oven work?

When the material is put into the vacuum drying box, close the box door, close the air release valve, open the vacuum valve, and connect the power of the vacuum pump to start pumping. Create a suitable environment for the work, so that the vacuum degree in the box can reach -0.1MPa.

Select the desired set temperature, and the temperature in the box begins to rise. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light flashes on and off, repeating many times, generally within 120 minutes to enter a constant temperature state.

After that, choose different drying times according to the wetness of different items.

After drying, turn off the power supply of the drying box, open the air release valve, release the vacuum state in the box, and then open the box door to take out the items.

1. Always check the oil level of the vacuum pump. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be adjusted to meet the requirements.

3. Under normal circumstances, the vacuum pump should be overhauled after 2000 hours of operation.
